In 2014, Hull’s teenagers read Malorie Blackman’s fiction before writing their own stories in response. Malorie Blackman came on a visit to the city and hundreds of young school students crowded a lecture theatre to meet her and ask her questions. These are the stories they wrote in response to reading her work.
